Amarilis is an exceptionally well trained dancer/fitness instructor . She has the ability to provide a wide and varied workout experience no matter your age or physical capability ! The Zoom platform allows one to keep fit , enjoy the companionship of working out with a group even in these trying and challenging times . I am in the best shape I have been in in years all for working out with her every week . Try all the classes and decide which combination is right for you !
